Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure exceptional preparation and attention for every guest, Lumière maintains a flexible and fair cancellation policy.

Lumière understands that personal schedules may shift unexpectedly. We are pleased to assist you in rescheduling or canceling your appointments with ease.
1. Notice Window
Please notify us of cancellations or reschedules at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time. You may cancel directly through your reservation tracking portal or by calling/messaging +84876557737 (Zalo/WhatsApp).
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows arriving past 15 minutes without notice may result in a temporary 30-day restriction on deposit-free online reservations.
3. Staff Reassignments
Should your preferred specialist become unexpectedly unavailable, our front desk concierge will notify you at least 2 hours prior to offer an equally skilled artisan or an alternative time slot.
