1. Appointments & Confirmations
Reservations are confirmed once you receive a unique booking code via our platform or SMS. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time for personal consultation and complimentary herbal tea.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our menu include applicable taxes and standard treatment supplies. Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and loyalty points.
3. Policy Amendments
Lumière reserves the right to periodically adjust price menus and promotional terms without prior notice for unreserved bookings.
